Changes and cancellations are allowed until online registration ends on April 15th. Please email Beth Hench with your Booking ID and the changes you would like to make, including if you would like to cancel your registration. To help us process your request in a timely manner, please be as specific as possible. If you don't know your Booking ID, include your registration email and name.
Greyhounds in Gettysburg® is first and foremost a fund raiser for greyhound adoption activities. In order for this to be a success, we do ask that people register. If you want to hear the speakers or receive our premium goodie bag, you must register. Please remember, the registration fee is how we pay for the building rental, insurance, fencing for the Off Leash Play Area, and all the other things that make the event so special.
The registration fee covers the entire event regardless of how many days or how many activities you attend. It would be impossible for us to offer partial registrations given the size and scope of the event.
While the primary focus of Greyhounds in Gettysburg® is greyhounds and other sighthounds, all dogs are welcome at this event. We do recommend that you take extra caution with small breeds. Especially be aware of dogs with red bandanas which signify that dog is not small dog safe or needs space.
Vendors from previous years receive priority, but there are always changes to the roster. If a space becomes available, we will invite vendors who have requested a space on our waiting list. To be added to the waiting list for future consideration, please submit a request.
