Stop at the registration table to check-in and get your wrist bands, and any items purchased during online registration including goodie bags and t-shirts. Day-of registration will also be available for $35, but will not come with a goodie bag.

All our favorite vendors will be back, along with a few new vendors, selling a huge variety of canine and human items! Shopping closes promptly at 4pm.
11:00a – 4:00p Doggie Daycare Sighthound Underground
Allstar Family Fun Center Batting Cages
The Sighthound Underground will provide supervised doggie daycare during vending hours on Friday and Saturday. Muzzles will be required for the dogs and there is a 2 hour time limit so everybody can have an opportunity. Doggies daycare is free, but donations are always appreciated.

Bob Witmer, behaviorist, will discuss adding another dog to your pack and starting things off on the right foot; from introductions to the changes that will happen within the pack.
12:00p – 4:00p Raffle Opens

Wonderful prize packages from the vendors will be up for raffle! Tickets will be drawn at 2pm on Saturday and posted above each prize. Raffle tickets will be available for sale during the event at the raffle table and during online registration. The cost is 1 for $1 / 6 for $5 / 30 for $20.

Michael Coyne, VMD, PhD, Clinical Studies Manager for the Companion Animal Medical Group, IDEXX, will talk about that data compiled from the GiG 2017 blood draws, and explain the differences you can expect to see, and the steps IDEXX is taking, to bring these results to our veterinarians.

3:00p – 3:45p The Most Haunted Places in Gettysburg Ashley Brennan

Back by popular demand, Ashley, of the Keystone Paranormal Investigation Association, will talk will be about some of the most haunted places around town. The Association will also be offering tours on both Friday and Saturday.
5:30p – 7:00p Seminary Ridge Evening Walk
Seminary Ridge Museum, 111 Seminary Ridge
Eve of Battle Tour: This tour will examine the events in Gettysburg that reached a crescendo on the evening of June 30, 1863 as the two armies faced each other west of Gettysburg. What were the feelings in town during that time? What did the soldiers do, some of whom would not be alive by the evening of July 1? This tour, centered on the Seminary campus where the soldiers of Gamble’s Cavalry Brigade camped that evening, promises to shed new light on the humanity of battle.
5:30p Steinwehr Pup Crawl
Steinwehr Ave. near Baltimore St.
Join in for a pup and pub crawl where we travel among a few of Gettysburg's favorite haunts for good food, good drinks, and good company. We will be traveling among the many locations on Steinwehr Ave and Baltimore St as we are far too big a crowd to hang out at a single location.
O'Rorke's Family Eatery will host live music from 7 to 10pm featuring Mark Baxter.
Appalachian Brewing Company will host live music from 7 to 10pm featuring Matt Otis and the Sound, and discounted menu if ordering from the beer garden window.
Also, be sure to take advantage of all the Gettysburg discounts available during the GiG weekend.
6:00p – 7:30p Game Night! Axell Family
Eisenhower Hotel
Game night this year will consist of 3 games, each game will net you a raffle ticket, and the game winners will receive an extra raffle ticket. The prize awarded at the end of the games will be 2 free registrations for GiG 2020 and 1 free night at the Eisenhower Hotel.
Game 1: Meeting new people. You will be given a sheet with categories that people would fit into; Recently Moved, prefers one dog, likes to dye hair, etc. Find a person in the crowd that fits into each category. The first 4 people to bring me a completed sheet will win.
Game 2: "Finish the song lyric" game. You will be trusted to form teams with people you don't know, or don't know well. Each team will be given a sheet with a selection of song lyrics with some blank spaces. It will be your job to fill in the missing words. The first 2 teams to bring me finished (and correct) sheets will win.
Game 3: Trivia! You will be trusted to form NEW teams with people you don't know, or don't know well. You will be asked a series of questions relating MOSTLY to the Civil War with some "random" trivia thrown in for good measure. The team that scores the highest will win.
